The multicultural dormitory is a space where people from diverse backgrounds live together. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure that everyone can live comfortably and safely.
The multicultural community living space is a place where mutual respect and consideration are essential for creating a positive and harmonious environment. To ensure that all individuals can coexist peacefully, we ask that everyone follows the principles of respect and understanding toward each other.
1. Mutual respect and consideration
Respect differences: Respect each other's cultural background and personal differences, and listen to each other. Consideration: This is a space we share, so we take care not to cause harm to others. Noise abatement: Live quietly, especially at night, so as not to disturb others' rest. Maintain cleanliness: Use public spaces cleanly and tidy personal spaces to create a pleasant environment.
2. Safety rules
Fire Prevention: Cooking should only be done in designated places, and extra care should be taken when using fire. Use safety facilities: Be familiar with the location of safety facilities such as emergency exits and fire extinguishers, and evacuate safely in case of an emergency. Lockdown on doors: Always lock doors when you go out, and restrict outsiders from entering. Personal Goods Management: Treat personal items with care and be careful of loss.
3. Communal living rules
Observe set times: Observe the time required for communal living, such as bedtime, mealtime, etc. Separate waste discharge: Maintain a clean environment by thoroughly collecting waste.
4. Communication
To reduce misunderstanding: In communication, express it concisely and clearly, and ask for interpretation if necessary. When a problem arises: When a problem arises, we talk to each other and try to find a solution. ② The purpose of this Rule is to prescribe matters to be observed by dormitory students for safe, pleasant and orderly communal living in dormitories.
① Dormitory students shall cooperate in making dormitories a safe, pleasant and orderly community, and shall not engage in drinking, singing, drugs, smoking, gambling, violence, or other acts that do not harm others or violate the student's duty.
② Dormitory student shall not enter or stay in the company with an outsider without permission, and shall not arbitrarily change the allocated room.
③ Dormitory students shall faithfully comply with the guidance of the director, relevant staff, and life guidance assistants in order to maintain the safety and order of common life.
Article 3 Use of public goods① Dormitory student shall use the public facilities and equipment of the dormitory with care, and shall compensate for actual expenses in the event of damage or loss due to intentional or negligence.
② Dormitory student shall not engage in all activities that pose a risk of fire, and shall not possess or use unacceptable electronic appliances or heating appliances.
Article 4 Health and Sanitation① Dormitory students shall faithfully implement the disease prevention rules required in common life.
② Dormitory students must receive prevention and treatment of diseases to prevent damage to their group life, and they pay all expenses.
③ In the event of an outbreak of a legal infectious disease, the dormitory student shall notify the operating room of it and take immediate treatment and other appropriate measures.
Access to Article 5① Dormitory students are not allowed to enter the dorm from 23:00 to 06:00.
② Outsiders are not allowed to enter the room, and among dormitory students, they are not allowed to enter the mutual room even between men and women.
① Dormitory students shall faithfully comply with the inspection and guidance of indoor cleanliness, abnormal presence of facilities and equipment, personnel, and other matters necessary for an orderly communal life, and listening to difficulties of dormitory students.
② Room inspections shall consist of two regular inspections conducted after joining the company and before leaving the company, and special inspections conducted when deemed necessary by the director, and the inspection period shall be notified in advance by the director through the website, bulletin board, etc.
③ In principle, room inspections shall be conducted when a dormitory student is present for safety management and order maintenance. Provided, That in the following cases, it may be conducted even when the dormitory student is not present, and the fact of the inspection shall be notified afterwards.
1. In the event of an urgent facility inspection, fire, safety accident, security problem, etc. requiring emergency measures
2. In the case of obtaining prior consent from the dormitory student in the relevant room for the absentee inspection
3. If you are absent during the second visit during the pre-announced room inspection period (inspection will be conducted during the second visit)
4. In the case of non-compliance with the room inspection without reason even though they are in the room
1. General matters
It is an entire non-smoking area in the building, so please smoke only in smoking areas. (designated a smoking area outside the building) Do not leave personal items (boxes, umbrellas, etc.) in the hallway or stairs, but keep them in the room. Please never touch other people's goods and food and refrain from doing anything that may cause misunderstanding. Please refrain from doing anything that may cause inconvenience to others in the lobby and lounge. Please clean up the place you used for the next user
If the furniture and equipment in the room are damaged or lost, you will have to pay for it, so please check the list of equipment when you enter the room for the first time. Only licensed electrical appliances (hair dryers, ancient machines, humidifiers, chargers, computers, printers, stands, etc.) are available. You cannot possess cooking utensils or cook. Please separate garbage by type and put it in a separate collection box. Please put the food residue in the food waste bin.
2. A shower room
Please open the shower drain frequently to clean your hair. Please use slippers when using the shower room
3. Bathroom
Do not throw away wipes, tissues, wooden chopsticks, and food in the toilet, but separate and discharge them. Please throw away women's goods (menstrual table) in the women's goods collection box and tissues in the trash can.
4. Facilities Management and Compensation
You must always keep the equipment in the room clean. If a fire, electricity, water, heating and facilities, or equipment is damaged due to intentional or negligence, it should be immediately reported to the audit office or the facility management office, and if the equipment is damaged by personal negligence, it should be compensated in full according to the amount of each product. The responsibility for the fire control and cleaning of each room lies with the students who use the room.
5. Prevention of theft
In order to prevent theft in the dormitory, you must thoroughly manage your personal items. The dormitory does not compensate for theft of personal items in the rooms and corridors, so personal items should be kept in a locked drawer.
6. Fire Prevention and Safety Management
The dormitory is a non-smoking building, and smoking in the dormitory is prohibited, such as in the room, corridor, lounge, and stairs. Inflammable materials and heat appliances are prohibited in the dormitory. In the event of a fire, fire extinguishers located in corridors on each floor should quickly contact the audit room, facility management office, security office, etc. after initial extinguishing.
